Looking for restaurants in Mishawaka area Chinese or Sushi that are truly GF. Most only have 2-3 ratings and I can’t risk getting it wrong ( cross contamination)

Ryan151175 I have been to Soho at Heritage square in Granger. It’s not Chinese, but a Japanese style teppanyaki grill. I’ve never been sick, but you will have to drive the bus on making sure everything is GF. The ginger salad dressing is a no go. One of the soups is a no. And several sauces are not GF. However, if you order through the manager and they cook it in the back (separate pan) it is phenomenal food. They have several GF sushi rolls as well.
