evebw We found an authentic Mexican Place in Yucca Valley. Can’t remember the name but it’s in the strip mall next to the Stater Bros Grocery Store. Loads of GF options and the staff was helpful. 1 reply
evk439 Late to this post, but yes! La Copine (in YV’s Flamingo Heights) is very gluten aware and nearly their entire menu is already gluten free. I’m a symptomatic celiac, have been eating there for years and have never had an issue. The Copper Room in YV is also fantastic – their chef is celiac himself so they are incredibly conscientious of cross contamination, have a separate fryer for GF (the fries are amazing!), and the menu and vibe are A+ 1 reply
