Symptomatic Celiac

What is your favorite grocery store? The Trader Joe’s in Coolidge has limited a selection and many of their GF options contain oat products which I react to. The stop and shop near there has almost nothing as well. Produce is easy to get but I would like some bread for a sandwich eventually or some pasta or rice or something.

BostonCeliac Wegman’s in Brookline has an aisle for gluten free with lots of items. They also have a liquor store where I found gluten free free beer.

eatgf Gluten free egg fettuccine and organic brown rice quinoa pasta is fabulous at Trader Joe’s. I drive about 20 miles to go and get pasta from Trader Joe’s. My husband likes it better than wheat pasta:)

stacy174862 And try the Explore brand red lentil pastas available at Harris Teeter and amazon. Cooks just like regular pasta and al dente is not mushy!
