puddingsins The ingredients say “natural flavors” which I always steer clear of. But I am celiac - if you are intolerant, shit dude! Eat a Dorito! See what happens!

KarenH Simply organic white cheddar is gluten-free on the Dorito brand. It’s the only Torito brand that is actually labeled gluten-free. Dorito brand more than likely contain somewhat of gluten in their product.

jamie2549 You can call most processed food companies on the phone number on the back of the bag. They’ll be able to tell yoh

bobbi895 they changed the ingredients in Doritos a few years ago and removed the wheat flour. I eat them all the time without a reaction now. If you travel to Mexico, they still use the old recipe, so don't eat them there. 1 reply

CLaw1712 You can download the Shop Well app, scan the barcode and it will tell you if there is Gluten in a product. It’s a great app as you can modify to what your requirements are; gf, DF, weight loss, etc 1 reply

merriless Gluten ingredients have to be listed OR a warning contains wheat etc. has to be written by law. BUT that doesn’t include cross contamination. Doritos don’t have gluten ingredient. But could have cross contamination. 1 reply

LennyRoss they are made on shared lines so they are not celiac safe

Herohtar Take a look at the official list: https://www.fritolay.com/dietary-needs/gluten-free/us-gluten-free-products-and-products-not-containing-gluten-ingredients There are a lot of "products not containing gluten ingredients", but they are not tested, may use shared lines, and have no guarantees. Doritos are one of those.

cchavezgang Most flavors of Doritos do not appear to be made with gluten. However, only the Simply Organic White Cheddar Flavored Tortilla Chips are officially labeled as gluten free.

rebeccac No. Frito Lay is good at marking what is gluten free. They are made without gluten containing ingredients on shared equipment. Target's Market Pantry and Walmart's Great Value brands have nacho cheese and cool ranch options that are safe.

jlt131 depends on where you are! in Canada most flavors are GF and say so right on the bag (in small print just below the ingredients list). I'm always surprised at the differences between US and Canadian ingredients in big name brands like that but there they are...!

gaylehartle In Mexico Nacho Dorito ingredients include wheat. In the US they don't. I have Celiac and the US Doritos don't make me sick. I ate 1/2 a bag of them in Mexico before I noticed the ingredients. I will check when outside US in the future.

Riley I'm in the US, I've had the Nacho Cheese and Cool Ranch with no problems. I'm gluten sensitive.
