A large staple in my kitchen for baking goodies and sourdough. To save on costs -and because I bake a LOT- I buy 25 lb bags of this and my other flours/starches (all Bob’s) at my local US Chef restaurant supply store. It works out to about $2/lb (vs the cost of the little 1lb bag at your local grocer). My only complaint with the rice flour from Bobs is that it’s not superfine ground, which would drastically improve the texture of my breads, but superfine is difficult to find and very expensive
