A large staple in my kitchen for baking goodies and sourdough. To save on costs -and because I bake a LOT- I buy 25 lb bags of this and my other flours/starches (all Bob’s) at my local US Chef restaurant supply store. It usually works out to about $2/lb (vs the cost of the little 1lb bag at your local grocer).
