laura58446 Hello, I was just diagnosed with Celiac Disease and I need help!! Are the Siete Potato Chips ok? What is for sure a no go? 8 months ago

gillian6446 I always read the ingredients on the label and if I can’t read it or are unsure don’t eat it. It gets easier as you go especially if you look at end of ingredient list for “may contain” and most of the time they put allergens in bold. Watch out for barley though that got me a lot in the beginning along with “handled in a factory with gluten”, I’m not casual about that from bad experiences. Other big issue at start Includes eating at friends/relatives , if they give me something they bought and didn’t check I say sorry and give it a pass.
nicolette Yes they are safe! If you don’t feel comfortable reading food labels yet download the app “Spoonful” you can scan essentially any barcode of a packaged food and it will tell you if it’s safe or not! Hope this helped & hang in there - the first couple of months are so confusing 🫶🏼
samantha513 I eat them all the time .
samantha513 And YOU GOT THIS !
claudia75388 Yes.Siete products are reliable and really good!
laura58446 Thank You all!
Mari Yes! Siete foods are all grain free because they were started specifically to address health needs. You will find most potato chips and store-bought corn tortilla chips are safe. You can always check the back for a gluten free statement.
diana24642 We haven’t had any issues with siete!
AlyssaBlake My go-to chip! Love them!
ElleF_016 siete chips are great, schar brand has really good crackers and bread products, and make sure you ALWAYS READ THE LABELING because companies sneak wheat into random things all the time
