I was really excited to try these but personally, I am not a fan. The general flavor is lacking substance. You can taste the baking soda and feel the graininess of the flour.

These are by far the best gluten-free cookies that money came by and when you take them your house smells awesome. Even gluten-free bakery don’t have cookies this good… and we have a pretty amazing gluten-free bakery in Southeast Michigan.
