Sadly it’s hard to find now, but this cake is awesome! Add 1/2 packet of instant vanilla pudding to take it to the next level.
I adore cake and love to put the funfetti marshmallow frosting on top of this mix. However, the cake doesn’t rise much so if you’re feeding a group consider two boxes.
This is the best cake I have found!! Even my non gluten free friends and family enjoy them!
My whole family (non-GF) loved them!! Great with Pilsbury icing
Delicious! Can’t tell they’re GF unless you overbake them, and even then they’re just extra crumbly, but still taste good. The funfetti icing made by the same brand is also GF. :)
I like to add one cup of Apple sauce to make the texture a bit softer! You can’t even taste the sauce after it’s baked! And they are SOO soft!
We made this into cupcakes and it was so good! Couldn't tell the difference
Very good. Took out when toothpick was clean even though top still pale. Used Joy of Cooking citrus glaze (1-1/4c powdered sugar, 2T lemon juice, 1/2t vanilla) for a very thin icing.
This is our go to cake mix. Everyone in the family likes it, even though they are not all gluten free. It’s super moist as long as you don’t over bake.
My family loves this cake mix and they’re not even gluten free! I’ve made a bundt cake from this mix as well as cake cookies and it’s so addictive. 10/10 recommend!!
I didn’t like it..it was so dry.
Very delicious cake!! I’ve made this a few times for my family and we all loved it! Seems more moist to me than regular cake mixes as well!
I love Funfetti cake, and I’ve missed it since being diagnosed with Celiac. This is a good one, however I still find it dry (even with an extra egg).
Made this without telling that it was GF and no one could tell. The GF folks were thrilled to be able to actually get a piece of cake 🎂 too!
