Symptomatic Celiac
I’m in love with these!! Even my non-celiac husband loves them. Obviously they aren’t as good as NYC “real” bagels, but then again I haven’t had one of those in over a decade after being diagnosed celiac. These bagels are awesome, I wonder if the make bread too??

Gluten Sensitive
Gluten allergy - I prefer these over all other brands. I enjoy both the Bagels and the Hamburger Buns (I will wrap and take with me to restaurants that don’t offer GF buns).

These are GREAT!! If you can find the pumpernickel sesame (I’ve only seen those in Toronto, they are the best!!
