Gluten Free Flapjack & Waffle Mix

This pankcake mix is my favorite!!! They cook up nice in the center and are fluffy. You only need to add milk and egg to the mix, I’ve tried it with several dairy free milk options and all worked well. I use regular eggs, but likely could sub out a flax egg or applesauce also. Fantastic with a little cinnamon, vanilla and blueberries. 😋
