So good! My daughter’s roommate makes them and she isn’t even gluten free! They taste like the (gluten) brownies my family used to make.

These are some of the best brownies I have ever had! I think they’re better than non gluten free brownies!

I feel like they are so good and my parents taste them and they thought they had gluten in them 😂

Honestly, no one knows these are GF. I make them all the time and only my Son is GF and everyone else eats them up too. Easy to make, they also freeze well if you wanted to stockpile. I’ve also made them thinner in a larger pan to make ice cream sandwiches

I added an extra egg to make them “cakier” and they were very good. Cooked 45 minutes in a glass 9” pan and about 1/4” all around the outside edge was overbaked but not burned and still tasty. Will make again! The mix had expired March 24 but I baked it July 3 and it was fine!

meg39893 I am GF an DF. It’s been hard to understand a Dessert to love~but I’ve finally found it! King Arther’s Gluten Free brownie mix. I sub vegan butter for regular butter. AND I ADD 3/4 CUP SALTED TEDDY BEAR PEANUT BUTTER. I’m telling you this is a winner! It keeps the brownies from being too dry and gritty~they stay moist and very soft. Please someone else try this and tell me you love it too!! 3 years ago

happilyhann Walmart has a dairy free and gluten free cheesecake! It’s made with coconut milk I’m fairly sure. 1 reply

Okra 40 Aprons website has amazing paleo recipes. I’m a fan of the edible brownie batter. It’s fast. It’s easy. It’s delicious. You can change maple syrup to honey, or date syrup. You can use hazelnut flour instead of almond and have hazelnut brownie batter. I can leave out the cacao powder and add vanilla or other flavors. I use cacao nibs instead of chocolate chips. Sometimes I use goji berries. I just decided I’ll try my next batch with cinnamon and raisins. It’s wonderful to stop feeling deprived after years of gluten-free, dairy free, corn free, processed sugar free.

Sharethelight Try the bobs, red mill desserts. They’re easy to make and very good. I do like their brownie mix, I’m not a big fan of peanut butter. But I imagine you could add peanut butter to that mix as well. With chocolate chip cookies, cake, mixes, and muffin mixes are very tasty.

leona44959 I’m going to try this! I am also GF/DF and it’s hard to find both. Vegan places are rarely GF and GF places usually aren’t DF too! 1 reply
