These are good, but really need to be not only warmed but actually cooked in a dry skillet on both sides until you get light toasted marks. Mission is probably expecting this anyway. Not cooking them is why some reviewers say the tortillas are gummy. You just have to finish cooking them. Then they’re warm, pliable, and yummy.
We love these, especially the spinach version. Consistently tasty and they even freeze well.
These tortillas are the best tasting GF product. Best when warmed flat in a pan before eating.
My daughter loves bean and cheese burritos. These tortillas are great substitute for flour tortillas, however lately we’ve had to throw some away because they stick to one another and tare very easily when pulled apart.
