Excellent coffee cake. It baked well in a Corning Ware square dish. Nice texture. I do let the batter set for 10 minutes before baking.

We love this mix. I like to add fresh cranberries in between the two layers during the holidays and use coconut and pecans on top. Can be made up night before, places in fridge and baked in the morning. Great for Christmas morning!
