BBQ Chicken Crispy Thin Crust Pizza

Kaylyn60 My favorite frozen pizza is getting ridiculously expensive. California Pizza Kitchen gf BBQ Chicken is now up to $9.99 at Target. Plus the PDX Targets have narrowed down which locations stock them. I like the flavor, thin crust, and texture of the potato flour crust. Any alternatives that doesn’t taste like cardboard? 1 year ago

• Kaylyn60 Jen, I just saw the Caulipower BBQ pizza! Thanks for the suggestion. I definitely like the crusts with cauliflower and/or potato starch/flour. I LOVE BBQ Chicken pizza! I’ll try this flavor and let you know how they stack up to CPK brand.

• Kaylyn60 Btw, the main problem with CPK BBQ Chicken is the availability in PDX. The price going from $7.99 to $9.99 just irked me. Not only could I not find them (they stopped carrying them at most stores) but they increased them by $2.00!! Ugh! Thank you for all of your suggestions.

• cdubach Freshetta gf thin crust pizzas are fantastic. Not only is the crust great, the sauce is flavorful too. We find them at Target and Kroger’s. They are expensive as well, but the best I’ve tried out of all the frozen gf pizzas. 1 reply

• john767 Freshetta makes a gluten free variant that is pretty good…most mainstream grocery store chains and Walmart carries it. Against the Grain is good too.
