This is the first bread I have eaten in four to five years. It seemed easy to just give it up. But this bread has great texture and doesn’t require toasting. It’s cut a little thickly but I’m going to try and slim it down with a good bread knife. It also seems to have a good shelf life. I’ve had it about a week and it still seems fresh if stored properly (zip-lock). It works well for open face sandwiches.
