I just went dairy free recently and this ice cream is so good! It’s creamier than ice cream made with cream. Very strong salted caramel flavor and very sweet but also great. Just can’t eat a lot at one time, which may not be bad ;). It has clusters of cashews and is made with cashewmilk. It’s a great dairy free and gluten free product!
