Asymptomatic Celiac

These are pretty good, though the texture is a little… chalky/powdery? Not sure how to describe, but I like them anyway. I also like that they’re not so so sweet the way some other GF graham crackers are. I don’t like that they have an isolated protein (pea protein) in the ingredients as I’ve read that the processing to separate a protein from the food it’s from changes it in a way that’s not healthy. Will come back and add a better explanation if I can. So because of this I only eat it at s’more time when camping in the summer.
