OMG. I am in love with this product. Let me first say that I HATE protein bars and shakes. The taste and texture gross me out and I can never force myself to eat it. Now enter the Legendary protein sweet cinnamon rolls. One of the things I have missed the most since going GF are cinnamon rolls so I decided to give these a try. They are amazing. They don’t have that dense protein bar texture. They are flakey and sweet while giving you 20g of protein and zero sugar. It satisfies my longing for a cinnamon roll, while skipping the guilty feeling of calories and fat of other GF rolls I’ve tried. Make sure you microwave for 10 seconds to get your ultimate cinnamon roll experience!!!
