Ready To Eat Noodle, Angel Hair Style

Was looking for sweet potato / yam noodles and the ingredient, konjac flour, seemed to be based on sweet potatoes. Bought 3 bags because each 7 oz bag is 2 servings. 2-2022: we tried it tonight! Precooked and bagged in water, they look like white cellophane noodles. I just drained and added to cooked ground meat and spaghetti sauce. Not sure it’s really related to sweet potato- no fat, sodium or protein in a serving but 2g fiber, 3g carbs in a serving.
