Tinkyada is my favorite brand of gluten-free pasta. They have many shapes of pasta, lasagna noodles, fettuccine, spiral, penne, spaghetti,, elbow macaroni, large manicotti shells, and small shells. Ingredients contain whole grain Brown rice. Pasta is not mushy unless over cooked and reheats well. Wegmans is a good source for this pasta and several other grocery stores carry this brand.
