Very tasty with a nice texture! A brown rice and tapioca bread, 0 grams fiber. I ate it for a week after opening the vacuum pack and refrigerating.

This is amazing bread, I made grilled cheese with boars head ham ( gluten free) , and boars head Vermont cheese. ( OMG) I was smiling ear to ear! Never god sick. I don’t know if you guys know not a deli ham is gluten free. I just found this out. Some are baked in a brim that has gluten in it.
