Gluten-removed beer is not gluten free. It starts with glutenful ingredients. I did fine with some batches but the last one I had wrecked me. Unreliable. Would not recommend for sensitive ones. Try Glutenberg or Ghostfish or New Planet.

This beer is made with Gluten ingredients and then “crafted” to reduce Gluten. This process only lowers the measured Gluten content. As a Celiac I will only drink GF beer made without Gluten.

Strong and bitter. Harsh after taste. I would not buy this beer in the future.
