People say it’s more like flatbread. I prebaked the crust for longer to make it crunchier. However, basic cheese pizza for this is meh at best. Ngl it tasted better as leftovers for some reason lol

laura28937 I finally got to try the Schar pizza crust and it is my new favorite!!! I did follow the box instructions for cooking. I chose to rub the crust down with olive oil before adding my margherita pizza toppings. This crust was absolutely delicious. It is a new staple in my house. 1 year ago

JMCeliac Same! I cook it for 8 minutes at 410 degrees for a delicious and gooey cheese pizza.
