These are not Katz’s best product. They are dense and an easy pass next time. Their chocolate donut holes are delicious so eating these cinnamon buns was a big let down. Gluten free food can be delicious. I’m past the point of putting up with cardboard and paying through the nose for it.

They aren’t quite as airy as I’d like, but a lot of gluten free baked goods tend to be pretty dense, I’ve found. They taste great though!
