bradley27474 Trader Joe’s gf burger buns are top notch (all their gf bread products are tbh). I just use the burger bun as a hot dog bun, and it suffices for me.

sophia52847 Any suggestions for a good gf hot dog bun? I’ve tried several kinds but they all were too much bread for one hot dog. 1 year ago

Tracy84 Schars has a new recipe and the ones I just tried (to see if they’re better) were much improved. Softer, held together like a ‘real’ bun. O’Doughs also makes good ones (along with hamburger buns and a sandwich roll that’s like a larger ciabatta and works well in a panini press!
