Best Gluten-Free Stuffing

• marys I like Three Bakers stuffing mix. I wouldn’t stuff the bird with it though

• wendy4400 Just gonna deviate a tiny bit- we love this recipe for GF wild rice dressing- I don’t even miss the bread. I found that the liquid in dressing just turned the mixes to mush, even when I decreased it. • brianna3154 I’ve enjoyed any gf stuffing mixes I’ve tried and don’t really have a preference of one over another. I typically find them at Cub, Hyvee, or the Co-op. I recommend buying now so you know you have it ready and don’t have to go on a treasure hunt when they’re picked over. From a food safety perspective, I do not recommend stuffing the bird. From a maintaining structural integrity perspective, I see no issue with a gf substitute
