Food in the Dining Commons is all clearly labeled if it contains gluten, and now that everything’s back full-steam, there’s a dedicated gluten-free station. Oh, and the fries are always made in dedicated friers. While most of the desserts out for easy-grabs are a vicious temptation, ice cream is available every day (yay!), and at most you only need to ask for really good gluten-free cookies & brownies.
