My daughter and I are both allergic to gluten and dairy. So it was a major factor in deciding where she should go to college. Creighton is an amazing school and their cafeteria is included in that. One of the stations is allergen free. So all the major allergens are not used on their grill at all! I only had one meal there but I was impressed. And my daughter seems to be happy. Although the convenience options for late night and weekends are typical college food (pizza rolls and ramen). So that makes her have to plan ahead but she is quite happy.
