This place is awesome! If you need gluten free food, you need to eat here! They have an extensive gf menu... you will be shocked by your options. Separate fryer, food made from scratch (mostly), precautions to prevent cross contamination... they know how to accomodate for an allergy! It will seem too good to be true... It's not! Chef DJ was very informative about the multistep process that the waiters, cooks, chefs, and managers use to make sure the food served is gluten free. He is a trained chef and knows his stuff. He has a good attitude and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we were enjoying our meal. Our waitress, Gina, was top notch! This place knows how to take care of their GF customers, prioritizes their safety, and they do it with style and delicious food.
