The food was great! We got the fried calamari and the hot chicken sandwich and it was all delicious. The bun unfortunately does start to fall apart but that happens very often so...
They had a separate gluten free menu and when served, they include a stick labeled GF so no mistakes happen. They do not fry any non-GF items in their fryers at all so you're also safe there.
Excellent service, my only issue is they use corn in almost everything so I only had a few options on a huge Gluten free menu. I would love to see them get away from using corn and use a healthier option in place of it . If you are only gluten free and no corn allergy like me you will be over the moon with the options .
Stopped in for lunch with my family. Immediately greeted and asked if we needed a GF menu. HUGE GF menu. I opted for fish tacos with fries. Huge portion for $16! Server verified my GF choice and asked if I had any other allergies. Asked about my kids as well. Manager delivered my meal, the tortillas are pink/red so there isn't any confusion and told me that my meals should always be delivered by a manager with an allergy stick. She also said the GF pasta is just penne, and there is not regular penne served in the restaurant so there is no confusion in the kitchen. I ate my meal with NO anxiety which has not happened since I was diagnosed GF in May. I feel great and it's only 10 minutes from my work so I will be visiting again!
Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Upon requesting a table we were immediately asked about any allergies, and a gluten free menu was grabbed for me. You are not limited at all whatsoever with your options here, and as somebody who is usually very sensitive, I left feeling good and full! The fact I had choices for appetizers and entrees? Amazing.
They had a separate gluten free menu. Majority of the food on the regular menu could be made gluten free. I have honestly never seen so many gluten free options. The onion straws were to die for. The fries were amazing. The steak, I got the ribeye and the New York steak, were okay. Definetly an acquired taste for the steaks and not better than longhorn. The waiters and hosts were friendly too.
My favorite place to eat as a student at Syracuse, and one of the only places i feel fully comfortable at. The server had extensive knowledge, and was able to answer all of my questions. The food was also great! Everything there is cooked separately in a gluten free area if you tell them you have a gluten allergy, with separate fryers.
I ordered a hamburger without cheese and the broccoli without butter because I am gluten free and dairy free. I had no reaction to anything, but the hamburger came out without any sauces or any toppings at all. I asked for toppings and the waitress brought me a plate with some lettuce, tomato and red onion. I asked for some mustard after that. The food was okay but not stellar. I wouldn't go out of my way to go back but it was safe.
Located inside the mall, on the second level, next to a large merry-go-round. They have a separate GF menu with many options and our waitress seemed very familiar with the need to have a safe dining experience. The flatbread cauliflower BBQ appetizer was awesome! I only wanted a salad and the waitress mentioned up front that I would not get croutons. Odd that they don’t offer ANY desserts at all for any diner. The GF menu mentions that only the manager can bring out your food.
At first I was very scared, I have severe celiac disease and shared kitchen can be risky. My server made me feel very safe, I had a gluten free menu, and she assured me that the staff is very knowledgeable and they have dedicated areas in the kitchen. I sure will be back, the food was delicious!! I got the wings and pesto pizza, they were absolutely amazing. It is so nice being able to finally eat at Destiny!!
Amazing experience! It was my first gf restaurant after my diagnosis. The staff immediately asked about any allergies, walked me through their menu options, and explained how their kitchen works. So many gf options to choose from. I had their burger, which was delicious. Drinks were pretty good too! Did not have a reaction after.
Their entire menu can be made gluten free. A must go when wanting gluten free pasta.
I took my 6 year old with Celiac disease here and it was a great experience. They can make anything in the kids menu gluten free. He got a grilled cheese sandwich, veggies and French fries. He had fruit for dessert. They brought the food out with an allergy stick in it just like they use at Disney and other theme parks. They have a dedicated fryer so no worry about cross contamination in the French fries. The best restaurant we have dined at outside of resorts for accommodating his need for gluten free food. There is even an adult gluten free menu, but we didn’t look at it.
My husband was very wary when we went here but his parents were visiting and we were all hungry and I told him about the good reviews on the app. It was a slow day and I think I only saw 2 other tables occupied We ordered all GF to reduce cross contamination and it worked out great although one is always nervous about what happens after. Our waitress was great but her black T-shirt had all kinds of stains on it which was very odd.
Everything here is awesome! The food is amazing, the drinks are great and the service is impeccable. Rachel our server had some great recommendations and made sure our order got in quickly before a huge party next to us. The pulled pork Mac and cheese is delicious! The onion strings on top are so good and the Mac and cheese is very rich. The fried pickles were also delicious!
I love 110 grill, the staff is so helpful and understanding. I have IBS and a wide range of severe intolerances so eating out has been something that is near impossible for me. But some family was in town and wanted to go out so I said i’d try this place and it was phenomenal, not only does it not make me sick but it tastes amazing too. I’m so happy to have found this place especially because they make it so easy to make modifications to their already existing meals for people with extra allergies. I highly recommend checking it out!
Upon walking up, the hostess asked how many GF menus were needed. The menu was very similar to the regular menu! Our waitress immediately asked if there were any food allergies/restrictions to be aware of. My daughter had the fried pickle chips, and Buffalo chicken Mac & cheese. The pickle chips were delicious! She devoured the Mac & cheese. Items came with a stick identifying that they were GF (think it actually said allergy). She felt fine after, no symptoms. I was very impressed with how the staff were all trained and welcoming!
Not sure if it was because of this restaurant, but my partner did get sick after eating here. The kitchen gave him the gluten taco shells (tbh, why don’t they just have gf corn tortillas? why are there two options?) after assuring us there was a very strict policy for allergies, and flagging the dish as gf with a little stick. Our server noticed and took the dish back to the kitchen immediately, but we’re not sure if they re-gave us any of the items that had touched the taco shells? Unfortunate because there aren’t a ton of safe gf options in Central NY.
We LOVE 110 Grill!! I wish there were more locations around. They have a totally separate GF menu and safe protocols. I've had multiple meals here many different times and never been sick. Tonight I had the Fried Fish and it was to DIE for when you haven't had it in many, many years!!
This place was amazing! the food was fantastic, staff was very knowlable about all needs I had. Everything on the menu could be prepared GF, they would prepare brownie without topping. There is a GF menu and disignated fryer for GF items. THEY DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA FOR GF !!!! I had the chicken cordon blue sandwich and onion strings. this is a chain resturant and the menu is different from state to state. i never thought i would get such a great meal at a mall.
Best gluten free experience we’ve had in Syracuse. Tons of options. Delicious. They asked if we needed a gluten free menu when we checked in. Waitress asked if there were any allergies. Manager brought out the gf meal. Felt safe that they were all knowledgeable. Worth visiting often!
This place made my entire life. I usually never eat while at the Destiny US mall.
This place was so awesome.
100% of the menu is Gluten free.
I haven’t had deep fried pickles in forever. I did here. So happy and full.
The Thai Salmon was awesome.
I ate like a queen. I would have had one of everything if I wasn’t so full.
Our server Kim was amazing. Thank you so much for your generosity.
We will be back. 😘
My 8 year old daughter has celiac. The entire kids menu could be made both gluten-free and celiac safe so she actually had some options for a change. She loved the chicken tenders and fries. Everything we ate was very good. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and very friendly. Would definitely recommend.
They do have a gluten-free menu. I was quite impressed with how extensive it was. I had ordered the fish tacos. The food was cold and bland and the taco shell itself was exceptionally dry. I have been there twice now and had the same experience with two different dishes that I ordered. My boyfriend ordered non-gluten free items and he had the same experience. There are much better options for far less money.
This restaurant was amazing! As soon as we walked in, they asked if we needed a gluten free menu (which is also on their website) and they have an allergy commitment statement on the menu and their website. 100% of their main menu is either naturally gluten free or can be made gluten free. It is always great to have that many choices and the food did not disappoint. I got the grilled salmon with cajun seasoning, garlic mashed potatoes and roasted brussels sprouts. Everything was completely delicious and nothing bothered me at all. The food was labeled as allergy when it was delivered. Service was fantastic. It was a little pricey but worth it since we were on vacation and it was date night.
This may be due to staffing issues as new staff can take time to train. We ordered all GF food, unfortunately we were seated by the kitchen. I noticed one staff person placing the gf sticks in the food based off the computer screen outside the kitchen area, and kitchen staff not having gloves when placing fries on the plate. This same kitchen staff had food coming out that was not labeled with a gf stick. I immediately asked about this and was told it would be taken care of.....but they did not go back to the table where the fries were delivered. I do not feel that they have a policy in place to prevent cross contamination. Just be sure to question them. We had a good experience prior, but we had an experienced waitress at the time. Hopefully when staffing issues stabilize in the next couple of years things will be safer.
Had a delicious prosciutto wrapped cod dish.
The entire menu, including the kids menu can be made gluten free. The food was delivered with a little flag to distinguish that it was gluten free.
I felt comfortable that our concerns were taken seriously.
Our server was terrible but that had nothing to do with our celiac questions.
