First and foremost, our server was exceptional and I'm so upset I forgot his name. What I have not forgotten is the experience, however. The first this we were asked was "Does anyone need a gluten free menu?" Me! And let me tell you, the food, even GF, did not disappoint. Allergen food is reviewed and confirmed by a manager prior to serving. During my visit, I had the calamari, fish and chips, and pumpkin smores beignets, all gluten free, and all delicious with no issues afterward
Pretty much the entire menu is or can be made gluten free. Food will come out with an allergy marker on it. Dedicated fryer.
My only suggestion is to avoid sitting at the bar, particularly on crowded nights, since the bartenders tend to get overwhelmed and might mess up entering your order properly. The kitchen can be trusted but make sure your order comes with the allergy marker. I personally had an issue with the bartender messing up my order on the first time visiting.
110 grill is my favorite gluten Free destination in CT! Their steps to keep people with gluten allergies from being poisoned by gluten are extraordinary! Manager delivered entrees, and all separate cooking spaces!! Plus, and this is the best part for me, almost everything on the menu can be made GF! It is the only restaurant I have found in the state that I can eat appetizers, salads, entrees, and delicious desserts without ever having any chance of getting glutened!
Everything is perfect and it is always my go to preferred destination! ( :
Love 110 Grill! ( : ❤❤❤
110 is my go-to place especially when I'm not near home. This location has a great bartender that works mondays and wednesdays and whoever works the fryer knows what they're doing, those were the best pickle chips I've ever had! Never got sick and enjoyed the lovely hospitality <3
110 Grill should become a national product ! Their menu is impressive their protocols are outstanding for food safety and delicious is not a strong enough word ! I would start with the Hot Honey fried chicken sandwich and work your way down the menu ! I have had Easter brunch here as well and it was impressive! Don’t forget to have one of their gf desserts ! Clean , relaxing , delicious!
Wow this was one of the best experiences I've had in 10 years as a celiac. When we sat, they immediately went into their allergy protocol without even knowing I had celiac. the entire menu can be made gf and the only gluten is in things they bring in (buns, pasta, etc) and everything else is made in house and gluten free. Stacey was an amazing server and I'm so grateful!!! I will say the portions are huge!
this is my second time at 110 Grill in Southington and I am extremely impressed. The host asked us if we needed a gluten free menu, all gluten free food is marked with an “allergy” stick, and the manager brought my food over for me. I got the bang bang cauliflower and it was incredible. We also got the boneless wings. Last time I was here I got the vegetable pesto pasta (AMAZING)! Would absolutely recommend!!
They were very careful regarding food allergies. There was a separate GF menu. The fries were made in a dedicated fryer. And, it was the best meal that we had during our entire vacation.
Gluten free fish and chips were yummy! Nice menu options. They seemed very knowledgeable about food allergies.
This place is incredible. One of the broadest menus with the most care and process for gluten free I have ever seen. Food is delicious and from scratch too!
I so badly wanted to love this place because they have such an extensive GF menu and ask about allergies/intolerances before you order. Unfortunately the food was WAY too salty. One of the specials for an appetizer was bang bang cauliflower. The cauliflower was not cooked all the way and it was very salty. I ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich with onion straws as my side. Again, the onion straws were too salty to eat. The best part was the peanut butter explosion dessert. I’m willing to give it another try just based on the number of options but I was disappointed.
The very first question the server asked is if there are any food allergies at the table. When I said gluten, I was given a GF menu (nearly identical to the regular menu). When I ordered she asked if I had Celiac and when I said yes, I was assured my meal would be prepared and cooked separately and brought to me by the manager with an allergy stick. It was and it was delicious! Highly recommend. This is literally the safest I have felt eating out.
Our waitress, Rebecca, was very aware of allergies and even brought the book of ingredients to our table to confirm we could eat what we wanted to eat. She was very pleasant and apologetic for how slammed the kitchen was.
They were very good about gluten free, where the manager brought it out separately. However, the waitress seemed highly annoyed that I had celiac. Before they serve you they ask if you have allergies and when I told her I had celiac she goes oh great this is a process. I said excuse me? She goes yeah the chef has to do things different and the manager has to bring it out. And okay? Your restaurant is supposed to specialize in it. Regardless of that the food was so so not worth it for the price, I didn’t get sick but I won’t be back.
Great place with a wide variety of gluten free items to order from . They even had a separate GF menu! The staff at 110 Grill were very careful in ensuring our selections were completely free of gluten. No cross-contamination issues, and felt absolutely fine after dining there. And the meal was delicious! This will be our “go to” place whenever we want to eat out 🙂.
110 Grill has made being gf a little bit better and normal for me. So many of the normal menu items are made gluten free and even the bread that they make is delicious. I will seek out a Grill 110 when traveling because I know they will have a variety of good food and be safe for me.
