Traditional Italian restaurant run by Barbara and Simon, who are both super friendly and very knowledgeable about celiacs. Everything is freshly homemade, so make a reservation 1 day before so they can make sure everything on the menu can be served gluten-free (pasta, dessert etc)

We have eaten at a few restaurants during our stay in Fuertaventura but this is definitely THE BEST restaurant by far. A traditional Family run Italian restaurant. Barbara (Front of house) and Simon (Chef) are just amazing, a breath of fresh air. Making the evening delightful. As a coeliac I found this restaurant great, as I could have 95% of the menu. It isn’t a GF dedicated restaurant but all the food is freshly prepared. They have a good awareness of cross contamination and the clean down they need. Quality of food was excellent. Superb
