This was the most amazing food I have had in a pizza place/sub shop in many years! Almost everything there can be made gluten free. There is a dedicated fryer, so you can have French fries, onion rings and even falafel. The meatballs, chicken Parm, and eggplant parm are all GF! I have not had eggplant Parm in so long! The GF pizza crust is great, and crisp on the bottom which you don't always get. Also as a bonus, our cashier/waitress, who told me she had celiac disease, also told me that they only use GF flour to stretch the pizza dough (even the non-GF pizza dough) just to avoid any chance of cross-contamination. Wow! This was great! I can't wait to go back.
