99 Craft Pizza

My husband and I loved this place! We got to chat with one of the owners who informed us his partner has Celiac and a lot of love and attention has gone into their gluten free crust. It is a deep dish style Caputo crust which we absolutely loved! Such a treat for those who are used to flat cardboard style gluten free pizzas.

I’ve eaten here before and I feel like I didn’t get sick from it but when I ordered today and tested with Nima sensor and it came back positive for gluten. To be fair I ordered through door dash and I wasn’t able to tell them about my celiac disease.

Best deep dish pizza I’ve ever had. They also have a dedicated GF fryer for wings. I have eaten there at least a dozen times and have not gotten sick. One of the owners has celiac and is very aware of the proper protocols to keep people safe.

I just had the best pizza (yes even counting the gluten days) I have ever had! Literally best GF crust EVER! 2 hours later no reaction! And amazing wings, fries, and salads (tried in previous visit with no reaction.) I’ve had celiac two friends that reported the same. Family (not celiac) bought the California round and said it was their favorite pizza ever (on the gluten side.)
