My husband and I loved this place! We got to chat with one of the owners who informed us his partner has Celiac and a lot of love and attention has gone into their gluten free crust. It is a deep dish style Caputo crust which we absolutely loved! Such a treat for those who are used to flat cardboard style gluten free pizzas.
