A Taste of Memphis BBQ

As much as I love this restaurant, I have had issues with the owner informing me of ingredients prior to ordering. After a reaction, I checked back and they had made a mistake because their actually WAS allergens in the food I was given.

How confident are you that this establishment takes safety precautions against cross-contact?

— Not at all

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Good

Although there are no gluten-free bread options, all their meats (pulled pork, pulled chicken, ribs, smoked sausage, brisket) are gluten-free. Ask about the sauces. Some are not safe. Sides like coleslaw, baked beans, side salad, and green beans also are safe. No dedicated fryer, so fries are out, as are their house-made tortilla chips. Staff was helpful and friendly! Highly recommend!
