Although there are no gluten-free bread options, all their meats (pulled pork, pulled chicken, ribs, smoked sausage, brisket) are gluten-free. Ask about the sauces. Some are not safe. Sides like coleslaw, baked beans, side salad, and green beans also are safe. No dedicated fryer, so fries are out, as are their house-made tortilla chips. Staff was helpful and friendly! Highly recommend!
