Review of Acenar Mexican Restaurant

Ordered the gluten free lime fish and as my son started to take a bite of the house made chips that come with it the server came by and told him to immediately stop, that those weren't gluten free. My question then is why was the dish listed as gluten free? Thank goodness my son didn't eat it. She asked if he wanted to take to chips away but it already touched his main food so we opted for him to not eat here which is unfortunate as this place had great reviews.
