Review of Adam's Mountain Cafe

There isn't a dedicated menu, but the staff both in the front and the kitchen is very knowledgeable. Out of 30 or so menu items, there were 5 or 6 options that are either naturally GF, or can be done with brown rice instead of noodles. There were also GF dessert options. The menu isn't labeled with GF items, as they believe in having open dialogue with their patrons about what is and isn't an option. I'm NCGS, and because the kitchen isn't dedicated, I wouldn't say any place is celiac safe. However, I had no reaction, and my food was good. Lots of organic and vegetarian/vegan options. Very accommodating to special dietary needs.
