Nice varied menu. Well laid out and clear for many allergens and eating preferences. Ordered a stir fry bowl and my husband ordered buffalo chicken salad. Mine was tasty (little salty) and he said his was great (chicken not fried!) and would order again. Appreciate a restaurant that is focused on veggies and fresh ingredients. Also nice vibe in the restaurant.
I am not celiac so didn’t ask about safety but based on their menu I assume it’s good.

They have icons on the menu for vegetarian, vegan, paleo, gluten free, and dairy free. You order at the counter, which gives you a chance to explain allergies. I told the cashier that I had a “gluten allergy” and she nodded and hit some keys. Not sure if this was actually communicated to the kitchen but food was great. I had the A la Mexicana bowl which was marked both Gf and DF. I would eat here again due to the number of dishes available.

Menu clearly marked, ability to make notes on each item in online order for pandemic pickup
There were quite a few choices, including the flatbreads (which my friend thought was excellent). The veggies in the beef bowl were well-seasoned, and I really liked the cooked zucchini and squash. The “antioxy” smoothie was only ok, though, too sour for me.

I got very sick. Will not be eating here again. I ate some sort of stir fry bowl with tofu and had a chai latte.
My sister (also celiac) had banana pancakes, a chocolate chip cookie, and hot chocolate. She didn’t get sick but seems to not react as much as I do particularly to CC (also I had stir fry, she had pancakes, maybe hers was safe?).
When I went to order my food, I said I have celiac (then said gluten allergy because the person seemed confused and sometimes restaurants recognize that more), and asked for my order to be marked or flagged for the kitchen and to ask the kitchen to keep my food separate, change gloves and whatnot. The man at the register said “we don’t do that.” My sister ordered maybe 10 minutes after I did as she arrived later and said the same thing I did, and he said “yeah I’ll go let the kitchen know.” She then asked him why my food wasn’t flagged when I asked (he hadn’t realized we were there together), and he said he did talk to the kitchen about my order, but “we don’t have a button for that” (ie to flag orders GF). I’m not sure if it’s a person issue (the person working the day I went that maybe didn’t understand) or if this is a general communication issue within the restaurant, but I didn’t feel safe after ordering my food because I felt like they didn’t have a good protocol in letting the kitchen know.
Still gave 2/5 stars because if you’re GF but not celiac/super sensitive this is a lovely place, they had a lot of options, and the food was really good. My sister who has celiac also did not get sick, but I did, so there’s that to consider.

I eat here all the time, and have something different each time. Great food, and consistently safe.

The salmon and chicken were over cooked which is too bad since it tasted good but was on the dry side. Got a false positive with the Nima so took a Gluten Ease pill just in case and was not sick.

This has become a regular spot for us. Everything is clearly listed as gf, df paleo etc. Gluten free beer on tap is a huge plus!

Good food, good GF awareness and cross contamination avoidance.

I will say I pretty much order the same thing (chicken cobb salad) but I have tried a few other dishes and haven't gotten sick yet!

Easy to avoid both gluten and dairy. Many items. Kombucha a plus.
Opened five months ago—breakfast all day, smoothies, salads, bowls, tacos, sandwiches, soup, beer and wine—all dishes labeled as gluten free, dairy free, vegan, vegetarian, and paleo. Makes it so easy to order and eat.
Not my favorite food in the area, which is why I give them 4 stars, but they do great with gluten free and it's a terrific spot for a group of friends who all like different food and can't agree on something!

Lots of GF options, freshly made. Their Thai bowl is probably one of the best GF “teriyaki chicken” dishes I’ve ever had in a restaurant.

Tons of gluten free options and staff is very knowledgeable. I’ve eaten here several times without any issues.
