Went there to get pintxos. They were made in the kitchen, separately from the other ones. The staff told me every pintxos I could get. You have to get at least 5 when it comes to the GF ones, so do not go there only for a snack! They also had a GF menu if you wanted to have something else than pintxos!

Fantastic. We ordered 10 pintxos and they were INCREDIBLE. They have the Spanish Coeliac association certification, so it’s definitely safe. We’re ordering again today

Really friendly staff and clearly understood the concept of gluten-free! Had a great 5pcs gluten-free pintxo and most importantly gluten-free Beer. Definetely a must go lunch place when visiting Bilbao.

We weren’t that impressed with the ambiance when we walked in. So we took a chance. GF menu was extensive and sadly they were out of some items. The French bread was amazing with the Iberian ham. The ham croquettes were yummy. The burger was good too and we couldn’t eat it all. Fries too were some the best I’ve ever had. Sauces too were excellent. Then we forced ourselves to then have desert. An orange juice, ice cream, and grand marnier drink. In the end, we found out the owner is celiac along with her 2 kids.

Locale di pintxo con tantissima scelta e varietà. La qualità ottima e il personale super attento e molto gentile. Location nel quartiere antico nella Piazza Nuova. Davvero consigliato!

The food here was absolutely fantastic. When I tried to make sure they would be careful about cross contamination, the man I was talking to said his boss and his boss’ children all have celiac. His boss is his wife….. so he’s very careful. Lol. I’m so glad I stopped by and got to experience a taste of traditional Basque food. I think I’ll be thinking about this place for a while!

They serve a good selection of GF pinchos (min of 5), thoroughly delicious. Hard to believe the bread was GF, it was so tasty. Great service too & great value

Super tasty pintxos! Great variety and lots of other options outside of pintxos. Server was helpful and food was prepared separately. Would highly recommend!

An okay place to try Pinchos in a safe restaurant. The owner is a celiac and they have a great selection of gluten free options on a dedicated menu (in English too). Pinchos was good but made from processed food. (Chips used to coat the outside of chicken, store bought sauces etc.) The outside seating costs a little more than inside - a common practice. We didn’t test the main courses but they looked good on the tables around us. There are certainly better places to try in Bilbao.
