An okay place to try Pinchos in a safe restaurant. The owner is a celiac and they have a great selection of gluten free options on a dedicated menu (in English too). Pinchos was good but made from processed food. (Chips used to coat the outside of chicken, store bought sauces etc.) The outside seating costs a little more than inside - a common practice. We didn’t test the main courses but they looked good on the tables around us. There are certainly better places to try in Bilbao.
