Review of Ajiaco Colombian Bistro

I might have to move to Albuquerque just to be near this restaurant!! For starters, it was fun to be able to choose anything from the regular menu instead of being relegated to a gluten free menu. The food was amazing!! My husband and I started with a beef empanada and fried sweet plantains. Both were perfection. I ordered the vegetarian plate with came with beans and rice and salad. It all was quite possibly the best food I have ever eaten. My husband's arroz con pollo was also amazing. To top it off, the staff was very hospitable and helpful. We definitely recommend this place.
