Review of Ajiaco Colombian Bistro

I have celiac and am extremely sensitive to cross-contamination. I have eaten here three times with no reaction. The food is wonderful, comforting and beautifully presented, and the service is excellent and caring. I love the atmosphere--casual, fresh and clean. This restaurant is a real find for anyone with gluten sensitivity or celiac. Yummm!
