Review of Ajiaco Colombian Bistro

Such an amazing dining experience - empanadas for the win! They have a new one on the menu (ham, cheese and pineapple) that I was certain it contained gluten because it tasted too good - but low and behold, I am fine and now dreaming of the ham and cheese empanada. Always amazing knowing you can order anything off the menu! If I didn’t live on the east coast - this could easily become my go to restaurant.
