I am asymptomatic celiac, so won't be able to tell you if I've been cross contaminated.
Before diagnosis, we were here all the time--the food is wonderful! Finally got the courage to come here and ask if there is anything GF.
They have a GF menu, now! I have attached a photo. The waiter knew exactly what I was talking about, and ran back to verify with the chef (and to grab the GF menu).
There is NO dedicated fryer, so do not eat the chips, nor anything fried. The salsa uses chicken stock that uses wheat.
The "white rice" is not plain rice, but it's their rice with corn and (I think) cilantro, which I preferred before diagnosis.

No gluten free menu. The server did talk to the kitchen and they tried very hard; but there was very little I could have. Only chicken, salad, two different sauces, plain rice and no refried beans. They tried, but just not much here.
— No gluten-free information on the menu
