Everything on their menu is gf, so no concerns about cross contamination. I also can't eat lactose, which they were very helpful with. I had olives with very good bread, seafood pasta, and a glorious Sardinian pastry dessert. Their cafe, Nue, is also excellent.
Akentannos is a Sardinian restaurant good for everyone but especially for coeliac, the entire menu is gluten free, so no cross contamination in the kitchen. Mario the owner and chef is coeliac and the food is amazing, delicious bread and pasta and a wide variety of desserts as well.
