Very accommodating! They ask right away about allergies or special requests. The server seemed very knowledgeable re: what was already gluten-free and checked with the chef on making other dishes gluten-free. They had a GF muffin and crackers for me, and the chef swapped out risotto for pasta in the wild boar osso bucco. Delicious! And-- GF Parmesan croutons! They had GF dessert options, too-- but I was too full to try any.
