Review of Alms + Fare: Wellness Bakery & Cafe

Christine is our hero! My husband and I were in St. Augustine for the day and my portable tester kept testing bad for places that were recommended as gluten free. We then found the Alms and Flare bakery and super hopeful for a little escape from the gluten madness! Not only is Christine super careful with the ingredients she picks, open to receiving feedback and informing herself on supply chain to make sure us celiacs have a safe escape, but the products are DELICIOUS. I told myself I’d have just “a bite” before I ate through two pastries. Highly recommend this place & a special thank you to Christine for her willingness to serve the celiac community in such an attentive manner.
